2. Push-start a car

The simple and cheapest methode when your car battery dies is to do push-start a car. But, to do push-start a car, you need assistance at least 2 people or friends to help you push the car. Another things to consider before you do push-start a car is your car must have a manual transmission and a gasoline car engine. It's useless if your car have an automatic transmission and or with a diesel car engine.

This push-start a car is a methode to starting the engine by using running car wheels to rotate the engine crankshaft and make the engine to starting. How to do push-start a car? Here is a simple brief to do push start a car:
  • Turn the ignition key to "ON" position
  • Put the manual transmission in second gear or third gear.
  • Press the clutch pedal
  • Let your assistance push the car forward to gain the speed (5 to 10 mph) or more.
  • Release the clutch pedal quickly while the car still move forward
  • As you releasing the clutch pedal, the engine will "chug" a moment then it's begin to start and run.
  • When the engine is running, press the clutch pedal and brake pedal to stop the car.
  • Turn the transmission to Neutral position.

To do this, just call your road assistance and tell him to help you and come with a new brand car battery.
